The waterŽs surface is still, giving the impression of an unreal peace which conceals the world beneath it. A world which is invisible to us. The television screen is dead, still, deceptively quiet.
Everything changes when we reach for the stone, the remote control. It is in our power to change the images and sounds. This permits us to glimpse beneath the surface, however briefly. We can change everything for a brief moment.
