Born 1996 in Linz,
from 2016-2020 she studied acting at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich.
In 2019, Julia was awarded the O.E. Hasse Prize. While still a student, she was hired by the Kammerspiele Munich in 2019. In 2020, she moved to the Deutsches Theater Berlin, where her parts included Elisabeth in Maria Stuart (directed by Anne Lenk). In 2021, together with Elena Wolff, she won a Local Artist award at Crossing Europe Festival, Linz, for Schweben. In 2022 she was awarded the Max Ophüls Prize "Best Young Actor" and the Diagonale Acting Prize for PARA:DIES (director: Elena Wolff).
