Martha Mechow

studies film at the Hfbk in Hamburg and works as a director and writer. Together with Leonie Jenning, they are currently staging a trilogy as Bäckerei Harmonie collective at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg Platz. Its second part Stechen und Sterben will have its world premiere in February 23. In summer 23, they will expand their practive within the tension between theater, film and visual arts with the performance Stimmen at Theater Magdeburg. Since all three disciplines serve Martha Mechow as a form of expression, she will soon exhibit her work as part of the group exhibition Motherhood at the Silke Vorwerkstift.
