UAREI

UAREI, made between 1972 and 1977 in San Francsico, London and Vienna, is Marc Adrian´s last abstract film using a psychedelic-meditative effect. Preceding the film is a quotation from the fictitious philosopher DeSelby, a figure created by Flann O´Brien in the novel The Third Policeman: "human existence being an hallucination containing in itself the secondary hallucinations of day and night it will becomes any man of sense to be concerned at the illusory approach of the supreme hallucination known as death." (Anna Artaker)
