A party for VALIE EXPORT – Friends, Fans & Feminists

Fulminant, that's the only way a celebration for VALIE EXPORT can be! - So sparkling, grand and brilliant, but also thundering and hurling lightning bolts: to mark VALIE EXPORT's 85th birthday, we are presenting her with artistic contributions from film, performance and music.

Together with the international artists Barbis Ruder, Denise Palmieri, Inna Shevchenko, Karin Fisslthaler aka Cherry Sunkist, Sophia Süßmilch and FARCE, we want to celebrate VALIE EXPORT, her art and the generations of artists that followed her and that she continues to influence today.

The hosts Belvedere 21, Austrian Film Museum and sixpackfilm are looking forward to a lavish celebration for the one and only VALIE EXPORT.
